Il se compose d&rsquo;une chambre climatis\u00e9e, d&rsquo;un salon avec TV et wifi, d&rsquo;une grande et lumineuse cuisine sur terrasse de 25 m2 avec baies vitr\u00e9es et volet roulant, donnant vue mer, d&rsquo;une salle d&rsquo;eau avec WC. Une cuve individuelle est install\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;appartement pour pallier les coupures d&rsquo;eau. Le logement est situ\u00e9 au 2\u00e8me \u00e9tage, sans ascenseur. Il ne convient pas aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite.
